Lately with the Babylon falling on it knees, I have been meeting with Brothers and Sisters from Abroad willingly and happy to come back home to Africa.
However, there's a flicker of hope, that from the test of time and adversity Africa might just weather this kind of economical disaster. Naturally, this is also the time that these famous words begin to sound sublime "CENTRALIZE and ORGANIZE.
So I ask from an informed point of view. Is repatriation a Must? Or is it Educational? What is it?
